Darren Simons is the vice president and general manager of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) for SourceRight Solutions. In this leadership role, he has direct responsibility for all RPO delivery and client relationships across a diverse portfolio of mid-market and Fortune 500 clients in key industry sectors that include technology, engineering/ manufacturing, insurance, healthcare/pharmaceuticals, consulting/services, banking/finance and retail.

New to SourceRight Solutions, having joined the organization in June 2010, Simons brings 18 years of global management and leadership experience in the human capital services and talent acquisition space. He has led global staffing operations for a global BPO provider, implementing cutting-edge recruitment technology to enable hiring approximately 20,000 people per year.

Previously, Simons was an executive at Manpower, an $18 billion Fortune 200 company that focuses on the delivery of human capital services. During his 10-year tenure at Manpower, Simons was a global director, leading a $450 million business segment that operated in approximately 30 countries. His responsibilities included delivering recruitment outsourcing, staffing services, vendor management programs, business process outsourcing and organizational consulting services to large global organizations. Simons also was responsible for sector research and strategic planning for technology in the recruitment space. In addition to leading recruitment for Manpower Professional in North America, he also held other senior leadership positions, including VP of North America sales, director of operations and director of strategic services. Prior to Manpower, Simons led recruitment process outsourcing engagements for Sterling Human Resource Company in the U.S. and Asia.

Simons holds an MBA with Distinction from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, the number one ranked school in the world for global business. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, he studied finance at the University of Arizona as an undergraduate and completed additional executive leadership and advanced management studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
